Early news this week, as it concerns preparations for Sunday...

As you'll know from last week's email, Samuel Singh who is 6 months old will be baptised during this coming Sunday's 10am service (19th July). His parents Ady and Sumit would like to invite members of the congregation who will be at the service to stay on for refreshments afterwards. There is a sign up sheet at the back of church, but if you are unable to get to it before tomorrow (Thursday), please - if you've not already signed up - email me so I can add you to the list. I would like to get numbers to them by Friday lunchtime. 

The only other thing to say is that the readings for the service, chosen by Ady and Sumit, will be 1 Samuel 1: 1-20 and Mark 10: 13-16
