Hello everyone!

A Smorgasbord of news this week, beginning with a message from Madeleine:

Jam Sandwich Club egg boxes

We are in need of some cardboard egg boxes for a craft for Jam Sandwich Club, which is on the Wednesday of half term - 28 October. If you have any spare, please could you bring them to church asap and leave them in the vestry? Thank you!

Christmas Meals

Sorry about the C word! 

There are two, yes two Christmas meals this year. Sign up sheets are at the back in church. One is for Thursday 3rd December at 1.30pm and the other for Thursday 10th December at 6.30pm. A non-returnable deposit of £10 is required by Sunday 15th November for the 3rd of December meal, and by Sunday 22nd November for the 10th of December meal. You can, if you wish - like me - go to both of them.

And now from me...

Church keys

It is very important, for insurance purposes, to keep tabs on who has any church keys (ie to the vestry door/chancel cupboard/safe). If you have any of these keys, please could you email me asap so I can update the keyholder list. Thank you!

BT email addresses

As announced on Sunday, I am unable to send emails to anyone with a bt email address. I am trying to sort out the problem, but so far I'm getting nowhere. If you know of anyone with a bt email address who usually receives News from the Pews, please could you alert them, and direct them to this page on our website so they can catch up with what's going on? Many thanks

And finally... Sunday is the Feast day of St Luke the Evangelist. The Bible readings at 10am will be 1 Timothy 4: 5-17 and Luke 10: 1-9. Perhaps see you then!
